If the XBOX continues the relative success it's enjoyed in the home market, and the portable gaming market continues to grow, it isn't unreasonable to expect Microsoft to make a venture, probably with a flagship program backed by revolutionary multiplayer connectivity and a Halo game of one sort or another. It's also not farfetched to expect one of the cell phone companies to emerge as a major player, given the current popularity of increasingly high powered phones (though the failure of the Nokia nGage is probably a roadblock down that road).
