well, i don't understand very well.
- if you mean that u love the guy and he doesn't want to answer ur phone calls without a reason, then never call unless he does.
- if you know the reason, like for expample u did a mistake, then go and appologize or u'll regret it for ever.
- if he's sad of something else and know the reason, then try to calm him down.
