They're a property management company with a wide array of condo's, townhomes, and priviate homes. Try the Rockies, they are moderately priced and in a great location near the ski mountain and the bus line. I used to live in Steamboat and worked in property management for 3 yrs. Check it out!!

My company uses the following places to call around to to find something for clients- it might help you too:
www.skicolorado.com -lists privately owned condos, townhomes, and rental houses from local real estate agents
www.skisteamboatcolorado.net -same thing as above
www.steamboat-springs.com -this place has larger home listings, some with hot tubs and other great amenities

my grandparents live in steamboat springs and they just bought a condo and it is beautiful and it was not that expensive if that is what your looking for.
