Define "short" in height. What height range to you is short for a male or female?

To me short would be a variance of 5% or 5' 6" for a man and
5' 1" for a woman.

Short is in the eye of the beholder, but short can be considered shorter than average. I know I'm short because I'm a 5'6" male.

That said:
The average male American mens height is 177 cm, which is 69.7 inches, which is approximately 5 foot - 10 inches tall. (for white males)

The average female American womens weight is somewhere between 60 to 72 kilograms, depending on age.( for white females)

i'm a lady, i'm 5'4 & 16, the shortest will be 5'8 ( he can not be shorter than me in my heals) tallest will be about 6'5, I actually have a pal who's 6'4 & I continuously imagine it will be so not straight forward to kiss him lol.
