You should definitely try the lotions that Jergens produces that have a hint of "sun" in them. They really work and there's no streaking because it is gradually built up. I have heard so many good things about this product.

Another plus is that Carmindy (from What Not to Wear on TLC) promotes it. She really knows her stuff. It's Carmindy.com if you want to check itout.

I have just started using the Dove Energy Glow every day lotion and it is the best. I don't tan at all, but this is working and looking natural not orange or fake. I think that it comes in 3 shades: Light skin, medium skin and dark skin. I started with the light tone for about 1-2 weeks and I just moved to the medium last week. It goes on clear and doesn't streak. Make sure that it is completely dry before you get dressed or it will streak and wash your hands after you put it on.

Neutrogena and Clinique brands have worked best for me. A nice natural glow.

Also, Oil of Olay now has a gradual tanning lotion that you apply just like regular hand lotion. One of my coworkers uses that and it looks totally natural.

As far as the previous posters replies...

- Some people work full-time and can't lay out.
- Some people have skin cancer and can't lay out.
- Some people have a family history of skin cancer and don't want to expose themselves to UVA and UVB rays.

Johnson's Holiday Skin lotion and Coppertone Endless Summer Sunless Tanning Lotion. Both are very good.

I use Johnsons holiday skin. Its great you can get it for fair to medium skin and medium to darker skin. Its a moisturiser so keeps you moisturised and doesnt build up all at once it does it gradually. To stop a heavy build up i apply it for a week everyday after i shower then have a break for two just to keep it natural. You should definately try it

L'oreal's Sublime Bronze works well, and it's normally around $9, but I prefer St. Tropez's tanning mist. Also, make sure you use a really good exfoliator

i got the olay stuff, its lotion with some self tanner in it. It is subtle, but it doesn't streak and it doesn't turn u orange. It wakes ur skin up and bronzes.

I love it and would recommend it to anyone that is fair skinned like myself.

Get yaself on the sunbeds or toast in the garden.

If your looking for fake tan i suggest either Lancome or Dior - works best
