You can try compressing the crap out of it - get it below 10,000 if you can't divide it into pieces. maybe change the file format, if it's a pic.
I'd like to know myself, I've had a few like that also..

I suggest you download a trial version of winzip or any other application that does the same thing from download.com, zip that file and send it!
