I have 3&4 year olds they get distracted very easily
I started off by having them run to each base for warm ups and then standing and hitting the ball off the tee I need something more for them to do to fill up the hour and have fun doing it

Start with fundementals, if they don't learn now, teach them how to throw, ask them what positions they would like to try and explain how each is played. Fundementals are a key part of the game and later in life they will thank you for helping them with it.

You're of to a good start. But try fielding and then try letting them hit a pretend baseball. Sometimes they get carried away in the swing and go in circles with the bat. Also try throwing to first base and back. See how good they do in T-ball. If they do well, continue preceiger, if not, then try different stuff.
