Add a few drops of nail polish remover and shake. After you apply your color may be a little more dull than previously.Just make sure you coat it with a coat of clear polish to get the sheen back.

Put polish remover in a little at a time, keep rolling the bottle in your hands until you get it to the thinness you want it.

Don't add nail polish remover. Most contain alcohol and this will just speed up the drying process. Roll the bottle quickly between your palms. Your body heat will warm it up, and make it easier to apply.

Add a drop or two of nail polish remover, then shake it up. Check the thickness, if your nail polish is still to thick, add 2 more drops.
