How do i make ISO file by using Nero 7?

Pop in the CD/DVD you want to create an ISO of, Open Nero 7 Burning ROM.

On the top menu, choose Extras->Save Tracks

Go to "Recorder" and select something as not-your-real-device. It will be .iso file.
Sorry, i do not remember exactly so try toying with menues.
