Congrat!! You are the new owner of a browser hi-jacking spyware program. You will need to download (free) and run an anti-spyware program like Ad-aware or Spybot Seek and Destory. Recommend that you download and run both as the list of what they consider spyware varies, so one may caught something the other does not. then go to microsoft.com and download (free) the Defender program. It will help to reduce future infections.

Ad aware will search and dstroy the source, but only if you ask it to.
Depending on what browser you are using, you should activate the popup blocker if its bundled with it.
Also get some decent protection.
try typing
GRISOFT or AVG
ZONELABS
LAVASOFT
into google which will point you to the sites
All the products above have a free version

Go into tool
-internet options
-Sercuity
-Select restricted Sites
-Press bottom that says sites
-Type the full address there
It will never come up again
