If it's for snail mailing, send everyhing in one of those big yellow envelopes. If its destination is in your office, a manila folder should do. Don't sweat it, because people understand that these things happen. If the document is electronic, try setting up a gmail account to send it from, because I don't think they have an attachment size limit for emails.

It sounds like you've got a rather large MS Word file that needs to be attached to an e-mail. Try compressing it with a utility such as WinZip to make it smaller as most e-mail systems top out at 10 MB and most services (like Yahoo) top out at around 3 MB. If this doesn't work then I'd suggest breaking the document up into several files and sending them individually.
