In no particular order:

Bonham - Zeppelin (listen to the live "Moby Dick")
Nick Menza - Megadeth during their glory days (If you don't believe me, listen to any albums he drummed for and any that he didn't. It doesn't even compare. That's not a coincidence)
Tony Williams - Jazz Drummer (mindblowing, probably the most talented of all)
Buddy Rich - Greatest. Ever.
The Reverend - Avenged Sevenfold (Best current drummer, and only getting better)

According to the internet..
1. Neil Peart (Rush)
2. John Bonham* (Led Zeppelin)
3. Carl Palmer (ELP)
4. Keith Moon* (The Who)
5. Terry Bozzio (Frank Zappa)

My favorite drummers are John Bonham from Led Zeppelin and Joey Jordison from Slipknot. Joey is rumored to play 27 beats in a second on the double bass drums. Sick.

2. Carter Beauford (D.M.B., awesome)
3. Alex Van Halen (Van Halen, again awesome)
4. Keith Moon (The Who, very good)
5. Tommy Lee (not one of my favorite personally, but he can play)
