They do not itch. They are about 3 x larger than a big pimple. I don't pick at them, but when they disappear, they leave very dark spots. They don't feel like they have fluid in them. I think they could be boils due to chafing but I wear cotton underwear and wash my butt with soap everyday, I keep myself clean regularly...

see a doctor. in the meantime, use a body of face wash with salicylic acid. this will dry them out. if you think they are boils, try coating them with egg whites sounds crazy, but it works.

Heat and sweat. Try wearing all cotton white underwear. If it doesn't get any better, go see a Dermatologist.

you might have got an std. Like from sitting on a toilet seat, thats what is sounds like to me. Go see a doctor to be safe.

you may have a sexually transmitted disease maybe you should go check that out with the docter
