Walk lots. Drink lots of water. Do knee bends and squats. Just do not over do it and hurt yourself in the process!

Do stretching exercises: Get on your hands and knees with your arms stretched out in front of you and gently set back on your legs. Then come up again and do that a couple of times. If you are close to your due date, drink raspberry leaf tea. That will help your uterus start contracting and pushing the baby down towards the cervix. Make sure that it is leaf tea not just raspberry. For some reason, the leafs help. But ask your doctor before you do that.

I had a hard time getting my son to move down and the doctor who had been in my family for over 30 years said the best way is to walk as much as you can. This moves your pelvic area and sorta moves the little bugger around a little directing him/her toward their destination. It didnt work with my son only because he was stuck with his butt and feet curled up under my ribs but it worked great with my daughter.

In the hospital, they tell you to get on all fours with the top of your body down lower, and rock your hips back and forth and side to side to move the baby down.
