I started one in the health and wellness industry. My reason for that is that I believe in marketing to the Baby Boomers. When you have a product that they need or want, you have an 18 year window of opportunity just like Gerber baby food had in the 50's, Fisher Price and Mattel in the 60's, real estate in the 70's, electronics in the 80's, etc. Right now they are looking for health and anti-aging formulas. It's a multi-billion dollar industry, but I also feel very rewarded when I can help someone with a health issue and they tell me their amazing stories.
I can't imagine doing anything else!

I wanted to start a home decor/gift store. My husband recommended I try doing direct sales first to get a feel of being the the sales business. I became a Southern Living At HOME consultant and love it! Of course it's little differnent. I'm doing parties instead working a store front, but it's not too bad. I don't have to carry any inventory and I work when I want to and when time allows. I actually make some good money doing it also. I have a friend I've met through SLAH who closed up her shop and became a consultant about a year ago. She also likes the flexiblity of it.
If anyone wants more info, please e-mail me or visit my website at http://www.SouthernLivingAtHome.com/TriciaZeis
I'd be glad to give you more information.

My husband and I have. A little over a year ago and we are having a great time with it.
Up until about 6 months ago, we were only doing retail locally and now we are venturing out into the World Wide Web. Awesome! We are learning so much and get to meet such great people all over the US & Canada.
We are in the Alternative Products market and what a difference it makes when you not only love what you are doing, learn something everyday, proud to promote products that are healthier for our environment & customers and love using ourselves.
Best of Luck to YOU!

replace right into a internet distributer. %. a product, get a internet site, initiate promoting. it truly is effortless, affordable, and rapid (as quickly as you're on the quest engines) of direction by making use of asserting this i'm assuming you have some uncomplicated internet administration skills under your belt. some people do imaginative issues, or crafts and sell them. i haven't any capacity, yet once you do, you may nicely be waiting to make some money. My chum heavily seen promoting custom t-shirts over the internet (making use of stencils and fabrics paint) and promoting the designs over the internet. i assumed it replace right into a great theory, yet considering the fact that he's basically sixteen (and has no credit card) it replace into an unpractical theory (because it truly is tough doing internet enterprise and not making use of a credit card). some people make cleansing soap, some make carvings, some do candles, some do artwork. in case you're able to do any of those with capacity, it truly is beneficial to evaluate promoting your artwork.
