Go out and do something you like (I mean some physical activity) instead of reading my answers!!!

My answer is catch 22, but a great cure to keep lethargy from taking over is to work out and get your endorphines pumping through your veins. Now the next question is how to get motivated to work out if you already feel lethargic. Finding a workout buddy or getting some high energy music and play it a little louder than usual.

Alright now, Who is better than you? Answer: Absolutely no one is. Please remember this. Yes, I have been where you now are. No one is in that slot but you. Get out of there right now!!! Make a list of the things that you enjoy doing or haven't done, but would like to pursue. Then go out there and do them. For me, when I have a moment's time, I enjoy working crossword puzzles. Bicycling, playing tennis, checkers, chess and throwing a basketball through a hoop, that also is fun for me. I am happy to silently sit and write about things that happen daily in my life, which I put into a journal. This is exciting especially when I see what I did, months, even years later. You know what you like. On my part, I am just throwing out some suggestions of some of the many things that I enjoy doing. Whatever you do, again I say, get out of there. The four walls, the floor, the ceiling, the windows, etc. can entertain themselves without you. Do me a favor and yourself, give me and the world a smile. If you are bashful, then just start by smiling into a mirror. It's catchy and I believe that you will be happier for it all. I personally will be happy just to know that you are pulling up and having a pleasant life. Read Psalm 35 to (Plead My Cause) - It is excellent for giving respect to God and having Him take over our lives. Then read Psalm 4 for (Safety and Protection) against unexpected occurrences in this world. Most of all, remember this, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

Don't eat after 8pm, don't drink Coffee, Tea after 9pm, drink a milky drink before going to bed and get an absolute minimum of 7 hours sleep. Don't fall asleep on the sofa, get in bed and asleep before 11pm or your be awake to the samll hours (Body Clock) Have a light breakfast with bran and fruit, graze throughout the day and avoid heavy (or liquid) lunches. This is not medical advice it is purly what has worked for me and should not in any way be construed as a definitive course of action for everyone. Finally have you had a medical check up recently, check kidney function, thyroid function etc. Good Luck

If you're lethargic all the time, there could actually be a physical cause. Have you seen a doctor to rule this out? Anemia (low blood iron) can make a person so tired they just don't feel like doing anything at all. I've had this happen myself. Other causes could be a viral infection and certain diseases. Check with your doctor and do make sure you're eating healthy. Proper nutrition and exercise can help.

depends how long you've been feeling lethargic (if it's you). Might be pure boredom, in a rut, in which case, making a change (e.g.work, home etc) might be the impetus you need. If it's been a while it sounds more like a symtom of depression and it's not something you can snap out of even if you want to. Speak to your doc and see what they think or recommend. Dont leave it to grow.
