This is about the scariest question to think about. I suppose scientifically it is lost in frequency, air vibrations and stuff. But it would definitely be stored in memory. Memory is intangible but these things do have some space in there.

Well, your voice get transmitted into the surroundings and slowly ripples off.
It will take some time, depending on the environment you are in; for instance if you are in front of a cave, echos will occur and slowly dissipate.
Eventually the sound will die out after being converted into its basic energy particles.

It gets lost in frequency. The force of the sound slows as it passes outward making smaller waves, softer sounds until it finally makes no wave and no sound. It is gone forever.
