You can get it from any drugstore, as long as you don't mind putting hemarrhoid butt cream on your face. Ewww.

I've also heard the same thing. It is supposed to shrink the tissue under your eyes the same way that it shrinks hemorrhoid tissue. I don't know if it works or even if it does, how well it might work. If you want to try it, it is available in any drug store. Just ask the pharmacist if you can't find it on the shelves. Since it is not intended to be used in the eyes, be sure that you don't get any in them when using it. I don't think it would do any harm but you don't want to experiment with your eyes.

It is proven to shrink sagging skin under the eye. BUT if you get it in your eye it could cause major damage. Tight supple skin or blind and really then it wouldnt matter because you couldnt see what they look like anyway

Check your local pharmacy or grocery store. It will most likely be in sections that sell medicine (like pepto, etc). Hope this helps! :)

Just go to any pharmacy and tell the person behind the counter "My bung is killing me! It hurts to poo and I can't wipe when I'm through (only dab). Please. It even hurts to sit on it...."
The pharmacist will then give you what you need.
