whats a hardship license? anyhow, if your license was revoked in IL- you will have to resolve it in IL first before you can get one anywhere else. good luck.

Check with your MS DMV, you may not be suspended in MS only in Illinois. A hardship or restricted license usually requires a court order. Check with an attorney.

u should just be able to apply for a regular drivers license in your current state, regardless of being revoked in IL or not..Call the local license office, they can tell you over the phone.

Unless you are in the military then it would be hard for you to get it.
