1/3 use the internet or have had access to the internet. By 2010 they are expecting 2/3 people to have access to the internet.

Right now, about 2/3 have used it at least once whether they realize it or not.

Probebly 80% of the population (I don't know our population)

99% of the (legal) population if you count EVERYTHING, since taxes, food, and businesses people interact with are all using the internet some how some way. (A person would have to be compleatly cut off and not excist on records past a certant year to be officially OFF the internet in ALL forms/ways.

OR did you mean use the "World Wide Web" there is a difference between the Internet and World Wide Web (look up the definitions).
