how do you burn cd-rw?

Question

i bught some Memorex CD-RW but every time i try to burn it it says that there is no cd in the drive but i tryed with some CD-R and it work how do i fix this problem?

i tryed to format it with Incd but it did not work

it is CD-RW compatible and i tryed to erase it but i can't

the CD-R are Memorex too

what can i do????????????????

Like mentioned by the last poster, try formatting/erasing the CD-RW. In addition, Memorex sometimes makes faulty media. If the CD-R is a different brand, start suspecting that. Try other CD-RWs and see what happens.

CD-RWs dont work, but CD-Rs do....Make sure your drive that is burning the CDs are compatible with the media (CD-Rs) second. try downloading a third party standalone software that will burn cds.if those work then try your cd burner again, if it doesn't work then call someone..
