Most kids between 13 and 19 (and younger and older, up to probaby 24 or 25) are not ready to deal with the consequences of decisions such as sex. The downside of premarital and teenage sex is not just STDs and pregnancy - there is a tremendous emotional stress that comes with it. In a marriage, there is a higher degree of trust and (most likely) a deeper connection between two people than what you would find in someone as young as 13 or even 19.

Besides, there are far more important things for you to be doing. Much of your teen years should be spent preparing for adulthood. If all you do as a teen is have sex, you've wasted precious time and ability. You need to develop a foundation that will carry you for the duration of your life. Sex can wait. You'll be sexually active for 30 or more years even if you wait until 25. However, learning takes time, and it is far more difficult to make up at a later age.

Because kids between 13 and 19 aren't exactly the brightest lights in the hall, for example they don't understand grammer. 13 is way too young for sex, and illegal in some states (in PA if you are under 14 it is considered statchatory rape no matter how old or young your partner is). Not only are you not mentally mature enough, you're not physically mature enough. Wait until you're old enough to drive, have a job (part time after school if need be) and comprehend the concept of pregnancy, then maybe you can "do what you want'.

Btween 13 and 19 you work your way up slowly starting with holding hands hugs and a kiss, till 17 ish (ie bit above or below) usually having sex to 19 getting very advanced.

Thats normal and best...

Think if that was like a trip to an amusment park. If you were too young to fit the seat belts you would fall out and get hurt, too old and its boring and no friends to go with.

So medium is the right age. Then when you did go if you went first to the top ride... You would probably get sick and hurt and the rest of the day would be spoilt and you would not like amusment parks plus it would spoil it for others.

However if you first go on the little rides maybe twice then kept going on bigger ones there would always be more fun rides to go on, the fun would last longer, you would not get sick, it would be lots of fun and you have the top ride to go on...

Sex is like thiat. Best if you work your way up...

Also safety wise there is a lot to learn as its lots of fun to srive sports cars but if you don't know what to do and aint practiced enough you smash up you nice car, no car you and friends get hurt or you hurt someone bad... Better to get proper lessons so when you get your nice car you know what you are doing then can race fast...

Sex is like that too.

So Nice folk want you to eventually do all the sex stuff but when you are ready and not all at once as they care about you and thats the best way to do it... Only in the UK and other places you can do it at 16.

Other things are much more likly to hurt you and you have to have lots more life experience. Thats way

Because you are too young to go out and do as you please, they care about you. At 13-16 you should be more worried about your education then sex,you need to sit your *** down with a book somewhere. At 17-19 you need to find a job to get a car and your own place, then maybe you can worry about sex or whatever, but there is more to life then sex!!! But untill that day comes, just worry about being a kid.

Because at 13 to 19 you need to understand the responsibility that goes with sex. It is not just to avoid pregnancy but sexual transmitted diseases aswell. At 13 to 19 you should be concentrating on your schoolwork and exams not going through emotional trauma that goes with dating.

13 yr. old kids should not be having sex....way too young...19 is a little different, I guess...chances are you are not mature enough to handle the emotions that come with sex....but if you are doing it, use protection!!! Keep in mind that even if you use condoms/birth control, you can still get STD's...

Cus everyone makes mistakes. You might find that the person you do have sex with isnt actually 'the one' and then you find yourself pregnant (or they become pregnant) and you become a parent before you become an adult and spending your life with someone you dont love.
There's much more exciting things to do other than getting jiggy. Go learn how to do something else like... abseiling or white water rafting!

I myself sometimes feel irritated to be told what to do and what not to ,too.Often I think 'Hey,I know what is right ,what is wrong.Stop treating me as a 8 year-old girl who runs around and drops everything!'But once I see my cousin who is aged 13 argue with his mum.Surprisingly,I find myself in him, insists on things we believe but not consider further and my aunt, like many other adults tries to teach him all the right things but not in the right way.Instead of listening to them and share with them their problems, they only say you have to do this, not that,if you don't follow me,you have to bear yourself. So,my advice ,if you ask for one ,is First: STOP THINKING ABOUT SEX,It does you no good.Second:Try ,also I know it's hard, to talk to your parents in a way that both you and they feel to be listened and appreciated.Build a steady and friendly relationship.Your life will be much easier.Good luck,my dear!

What the heck are you even asking?!
This "question" could mean like 20 different things considering it almost looks like you threw darts at a dictionary...
You might want to make sure your question uses real sentences before you post it...
