1. You get a variety of loan programs, not just the one the bank offers. OPTIONS!

2. You will get a better interest rate. Shop around. To steal a line "When lenders compete, you win."

3. There are many great, professional loan brokers who really do have your best interest in mind and therefor will get you to that ultimate end point of home ownnership in a home you can afford.

1) Your credit report is ran ONE time. We shop your loan to however many companies we need but provide those lenders with your scores for pricing; if you do this every lender will need to run your report. Many inquiries = lower score and many letters of explanation as to all inquiries on your report in the past 90 days.

2) You will work with my processor and myself; period. I am not just some phone clerk who answers the phone and takes your application and then passes it on to the next paper pusher. I will be there the entire time and available for questions or what ever else you need.

3) Access to multiple lenders and programs vrs a direct lender with only their inhouse programs.

If you would like to discuss your specific scenario drop me a line.

1. They do all the legwork. Yes, you have to gather your information like checkstubs, bank statements, etc., but it's much less stressful than trying to get it all yourself.

2. They have connections with all sorts of lenders and can usually get you the best deal.

3. It's more personal.

Only one from me.

Most banks don't even look at people with a credit score below 650. And most of america isn't above that.
