yes i get like that all the time. Its mainly because of stress and your body feels tense and makes you feel all out of sorts. I actually feel like that today. I get it every once in a while and although I haven't seen a doctor about it, I dont think thats the way for me. I always just need like one day to regroup and totally think things over. It is all mind over matter and whatever is making you stress is something you need to address because thats the problem.

Yes, I feel anxious at times...usually when I begin to anticipate an event or situation...prior to say, a trip out of town...when I feel anxious...I try to stay focused on what's in front of me...what i need to do TODAY...I trust that God has control and that everything is going to be alright...I try not to act out on the way I am feeling, because the feeling will change...all my thinking, worrying and planning usually are for nothing....I can plan everything except the outcome...so I learned to relax, take it easy....let go and Let God...everything works out alright, when I Stay in the Moment.

NO, YOU NEED TO PUT STUFF OUT OF YOUR HEAD WHEN YOU FEEL THAT WAY. FIND A HOBBY TO OCCUPY YOUR MIND WHEN YOU START TO THINK ABOUT STUFF THAT BRINGS ON THOSE FEELINGS.
DEAL WITH YOUR PROBLEMS ONE AT A TIME AND REMEMBER TO ACCEPT THE THINGS YOU CANNOT CHANGE, CHANGE THE THINGS YOU CAN AND ASK GOD FOR THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.
