I don't know if you may be phrasing your question incorrectly or the other answerers are confused about what you specifically want to know. However, usually, the DEGREE that acting or voice majors get is called a BFA - a bachelors of fine arts. But if you want to know what major, department, school or college these fields are organized under at your school of choice, it is different for each college or university. Some schools might call it the College of Fine Arts, School of Music, College of Performing Arts, you name it.
So for each college you're checking out, do a search on all the relevant terms until you hit the right departments. The majors could be called drama, theatre or musical theatre, and voice or vocal performance. But the less specialized the program is, the more generic the terms might be, such as "performing arts."
Schools that do not offer BFA degrees lump their performing arts under their BA/liberal arts degrees. If you're aiming for a performance career, it's not usually a good idea to go for one of these programs.
