It will work more than fine, but if you really want to not sacrifice any noticable performance for quality in the higher end graphics I would add one more gig of ram.

It is not a necessity, but currently in high end gaming 2 gigs of system ram is the sweet spot right before you begin to see diminishing returns. ( I am speaking in terms of games which pursue graphic realism, not ones like WoW or guildwars, which look nice but are entirely different and not as resource hungry)

Yea that will work, I hope you didn't spend more than 500 for the comp..if so you got ripped off. I'm not a fan of pentium anyhow but the dual core processors do catch my attention!

Sounds like a gateway :D If you mean high end like Oblivion and NFS: Most Wanted then probably. You might want to get more Ram though.

Suggestion: Get a new processor, the first gen of the icore-series is just a disaster, get something in the league of 2600-2700s. The video card is .. *DROOL* the model is just awesome, Physix, Cuda, 3d support and SLI, it's just great.

Only 1 GB RAM might slow you down...
If you're gonna go balls out everywhere else, then why just have one GB?
Also does the motherboard incorporate sli video card configurations?

Sounds good to me, but...it also sounds like you're going to be paying off a huge computer bill for quite some time.

I'd been already ready to answer your question but stopped. Why do you have such aggressive picture ("avatar")?
