What is the meaning of the Black & White American Flag?

If your refering to some of the patches some of the soldiers have to wear...the american flag that is black and silver is worn for concelment. It is so in the dark or in combat you don't give away your location....or you could get shot. its the infar red flag only detected by infared gear. That is the simple answer. Since those patches are removeable they also have one in full color and the subdued ones that can also be worn. Each unit is different and require the full color unless said other wise while some unites give you a choice. The new uniforms are new and still evolving.

Listen, this is what the deal is... America's economy is in DEEP debt.The rich (corporate amaerica) have been paying this off but now even they can't pay it, so it's fallen immediately upon the "middle class".
