As you are finding out, just loving someone isn't the whole answer. Especially when they live with you and find out all of the annoying things you do! And you them. This relationship thing takes work. Try going back and doing things together that you used to do before you got so domesticated. When you live with someone, you can accidentally start taking them for granted. Try doing all of those things that kept you close before.

thats what i want to know. me and my bf have had nothing but hard times the past three months. and now i decide to try again and make it WORK, but how do i bring back the closeness that was there before? i dont know, bc w me, i was hurt so bad and SOOO many times, i have no trust and dont know if it'll go back to what it has the past three months. moving in together will take away closeness bc u r always there. when u dont live together, then there is lots of time apart. i noticed that when my x and i moved in together. it seems blah then, right? just keep ur own separate lives while living under the same roof. and dont let the spark leave

I'm guessing that once you two moved in together that each of you started to take the other for granted. You need to be able to communicate well with each other.Do little things for each other to show how you feel. Love doesn't "just happen".It's like a garden that needs tended. That can be a lot of work. You "feed" the garden with love and mutual respect. You "weed" the garden by making sure no cross words are spoken and by good communication. Every day you have to put in more than you take out or it just fizzles away. Good luck!
