An easy way is to just use the relpy feature. Just remember to go to your preferences and set the reply options to include the original message. Or else you can simply cut and paste the old message into the new message.

In Yahoo Mail do this. Go to the preferences page here
http://us.f307.mail.yahoo.com/ym/Preferences
and click on one of the following radio buttons
Replying:
Don't include original message when replying
Include part of the original message when replying
Include full original message when replying

Highlight the message before you click reply. When you do that, and hit reply, you will see the message appear in your reply email.

You would go up under options. Then click on general preferences and scroll down to message actions. Click on include original msg.

Copy the message using the "edit", then paste it into the body of your new email, also using the "edit". Good luck.
