I say AC. Someone posted pool, cause you can exercise in it. Well you do jump in jacks with the ac on too, hehe

Air conditioning. If it's hot at night, I can sleep with it on. Sleeping in the pool is not a safe option. Plus, AC is cheaper to maintain and I won't have any unwanted guests dropping by to use my pool.

Air conditioning. I can sit in AC and be cool all the time! The pool will turn me into a prune after a little bit.

Get a heat pump.... My house is 65 degrees year around and it is cheap. a pool can only be enjoyed sometimes. It's hard to relax and have a beer while watching t.v. from a pool all the time.
also if you own your home and put in a pool in most cases it lowers the value.. I know it doesn't make sense but it does

air conditioning because its to cold to get a outside pool in Scotland .i think central heating would be better any way nice picture

Definitely a pool!!!!!! I love to swim and I really dislike airconditioning, the air seems stale to me. Because of my hubby though we have the air on all the time, I swear he's part penguin.

AC
You can enjoy it all day without looking like a raisin afterwards.
I'll use my sister's pool. Free and I don't have to clean it!

pool- more fun to ennjoy in.
Ac- takes tooo much eletricty and the cold air tends to lose easily
