I suggest you get a tutor, or go to the library and get a book to help you, it works, all you have to do is practice and its like riding a bike!

Math is one process that only improves with practice.

Find some problems and answers, and go to work.
It may be tedious and boring at times (to certain population of individuals) but the more times you work the problems the more comfortable it will be.
