I think it would be dictionary since I dont know any other word defining books.

I went to thesaurus.com to check for myself...its kinda interesting!

wow that's a really good question. its like do they sterilize the needles for lethal injections? or if a tree falls in a forest, and lands on a mime, does anyone care? and couldn't monosyllabic be a shorter word? such questions will never be answered in our lifetime. wait have you looked up thesaurus in the thesaurus? that might work
