You should have enough, one suggestion I can make though is when you go to Universal (or before actually) purchase their meal deal. Depending on if you're going to 1 park a day or both parks you can enjoy as much food as you would like at both Universal Studios Florida AND Islands of Adventure (if you get the meal deal for 2 parks you can eat at both parks but if you purchase the meal deal for 1 park you can only eat and one park) at participating Meal Deal locations only (the locations are good locations too). There's also a sipper cup addition to the meal deal which allows you unlimited soft drink fountain beverages at all participating Meal Deal locations at the park you're using your meal deal in. It's a great deal that you can use without staying on site. Disney has a dinning plan but you have to stay on site. I listed Universal's site (you can purchase the meal deal online), Kissimmee's site, and a great Disney fan site to check out before your trip. Have fun.

If you are talking about spending money - then you are talking about $100 per day. Pace yourself and you'll be OK, but be careful. It's not the cheapest place to be. Food is pricy, espically in the parks. But outside it's not much better. But, there are always deals, so look for them. Just be prepared for the heat and humidity. It's very hot AND humid in Central Fla in June/July. Think sauna. Lived in it all my life and it still gets to me some days. Coming from England, you most likely will NOT be used to it - so make sure you stay hydrated and don't over-do it. If you have park-hopper tickets, and can come and go, avoid the parks in the mid-day heat, and take advantage of the "fast pass" options that most of the parks offer - just plan it all out. And hit a water park (there are many of them) if you can.

If most of the expensive things as lodging, plane tickets etc are prepaid that leaves you approximately $ 850 a week for food, park tickets and other things you want to accomplish. That is about $120 a day. You should do fine! Hope you have a great time!

That will be tight. I usually advise people to plan on $50 a person per day, just for food, and that's if you stick to the cheap places and don't do anything fancy. Around the parks, about $10 a person per meal is about the cheapest you can do. Assuming you buy a drink/water and a snack in the parks, too, it's easy to spend $50. If you go buy cereal/breakfast foods and eat your breakfast at your villa, you can save a lot of money. We always do this when we go, and it's way cheaper than going out for breakfast. And if you bring your lunch, obviously you will save more money. Just remember that you cannot bring anything that will spoil and you will have to lug around whatever you bring.

Will you have $1681 just as spending money? Your question implies that all the basics have been covered - has your flight aready been paid for? When you say "the tickets have already been paid for", does that mean airline tickets or theme park tickets?

If you mean $1681 to pay for the hotel... hell no!! But if you are reffering to $1681 for walking money, you should be fine. Orlando is very expensive, though. BTW, how many people is that 1681 for? Just you, and another person.. you should be fine.

If you're not planning on going out every night and drinking yourself stupid, you should have enough.

Just watch what you're buying and don't be extravagant.

Have a great time and watch out for those hurricanes.

That should be enough to get you around the area. But that is going to be a tight budget.
