CC I love you and I really meant it.

Dear I agree with JennyBennyBear. It is true that nobody understands the meaning of Love as It has multiple Dimensions.

Sometimes people get in the habit of saying love you, when they hang up the phone. Or, "I just love you". So, yeah, I do that all the time. But I do love them, I mean it. I don't mean "I am in love with you and want to marry you and have your babies." There are different types of love.
And yes, I use to tell my boyfriend I loved him. I couldn't stand him, it was just to appease him until I could get him out of my life as quietly and peacefully as possible. Not afraid of confrontation, but this is a small town and I didn't want to deal with the drama... in the end I had to anyway, so I shouldn't have told him that I guess. I should have been more honest and told him I couldn't stand the sight of him... would that have been better?

That depends. There has been times that I have said I love you because I thought that I had loved them. I had realized later that I had confused love with lust, infatuation, or simply wanting to be with someone. Now that I am getting older I have realized that love has many different dimensions and definitions. I don't think anyone of use fully realize what love even means.

No, I havn't either. Even got dumped when I said I wasn't sure because you guessed it I wasn't sure. So I can certainly appreciate why people lie, especially men.
