The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. well medical speak it can, but u would need to **** about 65,000 times, since your using up chemicals. and these dont get replaced.
