Absolutely nothing! I would recommend frequent fluid inspections and changes when the fluid becomes discolored. Use a synthetic transmission fluid if it is available in your area.

Aditives are over rated. Most are nothing more than a band aid for a an existing problem. (seal conditioners, stop leak, ect.)
A good transmission flush, fresh filter, and top up with a good synthetic trans fluid should keep it happy for many miles.
FYI, I am running synthetic in a 2004R w/ shift kit behind a 455 Olds, 300K miles, and no problems. Even tows a boat once in a while.

Yep, I agree with Tony. Substitue a quart of tranny fluid with Lucas and use the high mileage tranny fluid. I've owned a '99 Tahoe for the last ten years with 230,xxx and I srvc my tranny(just the pan) along with all other fluids, every two years. No metal flakes, slippage, or skips and it STILL runs and drives damn near better than a 2012!. There's nothing like them Chevy 350's and I hate that they quit producing them. Good luck on your decision and continue to take of that Chevy so it can take care of you! :-)

Or.......If you dont want to spend $150 to have someone put synthetic in your trans..... Lucas makes a excellent conditioner, or a product called Trans-X.
But you should really get a filter change and flush first :)
