I am burning the movie onto a DVD+R Disc by IMATION

If you just want to play it without the hassle of burning it, download and install VLC Media Player from www.videolan.org and it'll play the BIN file directly on the PC without the need to burn or mount it. This is generally what I do unless I know I want to keep the movie and watch it on DVD player (in which case you want to use a DVD-R, since most will not handle +R's).

Otherwise, Nero or MagicISO or most any other burning program will support the BIN/CUE format. You do have to have a matching CUE file to go with the BIN - so if you don't have one for some reason, you can use MagicISO to make one.

you could prob just use itunes player if you could figure out how to put it on
