I do cardio after every workout between 15min and 20min everyday. It is especially important to not let you heart rate get too high, best to average around "130bpm". If this number is higher at any given time, that's alright, just slow you motion down. Remember, the more you do this, the quicker your body will get used to it. Keep it up...

I heard you are suppose to do heavy cardio for 30 mins each day. but i do 1 hr.

I hear 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week is "right" a lot by experts. It's got to be vigorous though...

at least 20 minutes 3 times a week. if you do more than you should though you wont be doing your body any good.

When your working out, it should be 20minute twice a week.
