It looks slightly Latin. 'Hone' might be a form of 'honoris' for honor. 'aud' might be from 'audeo' which is 'to dare,' or 'rash, acting without thinking' and 'ax' might be from 'axis': 'axle, chariot, region'. I couldn't find 'sie', but I'm not an expert on Latin, nor am I a linguist (plus I don't have the best Latin dictionary). You might look in a college dictionary (i.e. Webster's college dictionary) if you found this phrase in some English literature and were curious. It also might be German, although the 'aud ax' is inconsistent with a Germanic language."
