want to print letters and such things as tickets on our email?

we can not print tickets or letters that come in on our email. this came with the change in our email in april.

I am not sure why this should be. Are you talking about Web Mail - Yahoo Mail, for example - or are you using a Mail Client such as Outlook Express?

If it is webmail, can you print the contents of other websites but just not email?

If it's a problem with Outlook Express (or the like) then it may be to do with a Windows upgrade.

when you get the e-mail there should be a link that says printer friendly version or something to that extent. Then you should be able to print it.
