I know what you mean....you would think with all that money he would do something with that mop. But honestly I think it's his way of saying..".This is me, I'm powerful, filthy rich and I was not put here to try to impress anyone. I have the worst hair in the world and I also own half the world, what do you have?" So, I think he keeps it because it's part of his personality. Or maybe he thinks it looks good. in that case he better check his look again. LOL.

He probably started out with a combover becasue he couldn't afford the hair plugs, but now, the combover made him famous! Imagine how obvious it would be if he got a hair transplant. Not too good for the reputation!
