Based on 'rebirth' and its new issues, who would stand out?

Very tough question. Alan Scott has to get some consideration because he is the OG Green Lantern. Hal Jordan is the rawest and in my opinion the most powerful. Guy Gardner even though he is a smart butt he is a very powerful Green Lantern (very underrated). Kyle Rayner is also very powerful as seen in ION. But I would give the nod to
HAL JORDAN!!!

Hal Jordan, by all means, is the best Green Lantern ever & one of my favorites.
