Randy Moss hands down has the most raw talent. The guy doesnt even try and he still can dominate. If he wasnt such a punk he could be one of the greats.
Steve Smith has always been a good producer but after last year he joined the elite group of receivers in the NFL. He proves that you dont have to be the biggest guy on the field to succeed as long as you play hard.
T.O. is kind of hard to figure out. We all know he is a great receiver. He is fast, strong and tough to bring down but you cant make him the best due to the problems he creates on teams. He does work hard and have lots of talent though.
Marvin Harrison is a great reciever that is the epitomy of team player. This guy goes to work to get his job done. He doesnt complain. He doesnt hold out or bash his teammates. He simply plays hard and produces results. He has been doing it consistently his whole career.
Tory Holt needs to be on this list. He has been stellar in this league for a long time. He can blow a game wide open with his speed and pass catching ability. The only knock on Tory is that he has always had top offensive weapons around him making his job easier.
Hines Ward. He is considered underrated by most but has slowly been getting his due. He is a great possession receiver and could be the best blocking receiver in the NFL. He also consistently produces and helped his team in many ways win the super bowl.
Chad Johnson. He is an interesting character with awesome talent. This guys self confidence alone scares defenses. Some people frown upon his antics but it is good for the league. He is young enough where he can go down as one of the greats if he keeps playing at this level. Not to mention having Carson Palmer throwing to him. These two could go down as one of the best qb, wr combos ever.

I would have to say Jerry Rice, Steve Smith, and Marvin Harrison are the top 3 WR in the league. I'm just hopping that Steve Smith can stay healthy this season.
To the guy who said T. O. your nuts he has a long way to go before he can be as good as these 3 guys.

Its tough because there is a great group of wide recievers in the league but I would have to say Steve Smith basically because I saw what he did to the Bears defense in the playoffs and what he was doing all season.
