You could try crest white strips... I did but they tend to make my teeth too sensitive... Have you seen this infomercial for this thing that zaps you teeth with a blue light it's not to expensive but that works pretty well. But I would totally suggest you get you teeth whitened by a dentist I paid $500 that was over 5 years ago and I still get compliments on my teeth.

You shouldn't whiten your teeth.. not only because it degrades women and says that you need something in a box to make you beautiful.. but because it actually damages the enamel on your teeth.. I wanted to get mine done.. but my mum's bf told me about it.. basically the enamel is the thing that keeps your teeth white.. you put whitening stuff on it damages that.. meaning you hafta buy it for the rest of ya life otherwise your teeth will be really yellow.. umm.. and also it makes your teeth really sensitive.. painful in other words..

Those Crest Whitening Strips that promise to remove up to twenty years of stain. They sound more potent than the other versions Crest came out with.

i had quite yellow, cream teeth untill i switched to a sensitive toothpaste called Colgate sensitive and whitening. It really helps and make your smile nice and white!

my brother says coal makes teeth white ??? or coal dust not sure which.. haven't tried it myself but he has lovely teeth...I use Colgate myself...The other thing is don't smoke drink tea or coffee they stain teeth and brush regular... hope this helps good luck ...
