To me that sound is worse than fingernails on a chalkboard. I cannot stand it!!!

I completely agree! There is a beer ad right now that is completely made up of liquidy sounds and it drives me insane!

I hate it too. Not the sound of something pouring in real life, just the enhanced version you only hear on tv or over the radio. It's like they think that by hearing the sound of liquid pouring into a glass it's going to make me want to run and grab a drink, but it doesn't work for me.

I dont hate the sound, but I get annoyed by it because everytime I hear it, it is almost subliminal..
I always crave a drink of something cold as soon as I hear the liquid pouring sound..

Yes! I cannot stand that sounds. To me, it seems like just a basic needs motivator, and I detest those. Like the sound of eating chips should make me want to eat. NO! I am not an animal! (Planet of the Apes reference).

It makes me want to use the toilet. Not necessarily a bad thing, mind you, but it can be annoying...
