i completely agree. Rap in the 90's was something special.
Artist like Snoop, Dr. Dre, 2pac, Biggie, Bone-thugs-n-Harmony, that was rap.
Now, i'm personally tired of hearing about your car, rims, hoes, and bling bling.

Rap has completely gone down the shytter

Hey Eric, I agree with you man. The music nowadays is awful and now Hip Hop has gotten into this Snap Movement.
i.e.(Lil John's Snap Your Finger) Snap your finger, do your step, you can do it all by yourself.
or the infamous Lean Wit it, Rock With it oh and another that gets me is the Grammy Award Winning Three Six Mafia: Ever since I can remember I've been poppin my collar, ever since I can remember I've been clocking these hoes, and they better put my money in my hand.

I think I should make a stewpid song and see if it sales and go to triple platinum status.

There are very few truly talented acts out there no matter what genre...but I have to agree with you. Most rap today is crap. There are a few good ones though...listen to some Outkast..they're fantastic
