No where on earth has a constant temperature. If you are talking about Honolulu, it doesn't have a constant 80 degree temperature. Monthly averages:
Jan 80 high/66 low
Feb 80/65
Mar 82/67
Apr 83/69
May 85/70
Jun 87/72
Jul 87/74
Aug 89/74
Sep 89/74
Oct 87/72
Nov 84/70
Dec 81/67
Plus, it sees temperatures as high as 97 and as low as 53. Hardly a constant 80.

Why would you think that constant temperature (or any other) is perfect? Humans thrive with variety.
