Bleach will not remove mould and mildew - what you need is a mould and mildew cleaner such as DETTOX made by the Dettol people. You spray it on and leave it for a while - then rinse. If the mould is really bad it may need a few applications and the odd scrub but it really does work. Once you have got rid of the mould/mildew clean your shower cubicle every few weeks with a spray of mould mildew cleaner to prevent a recurrence. Try not to breathe in the fumes as they will take your breath away and wear gloves. If you need to whiten the grout after getting rid of the mildew buy a grout pen from a DIY store. They will be in the tile aisle.

A lot of the suggestions you've already received are great recommendations. Know, however, that your "mildew" may actually be a stain left by long-standing mildew. That is, you may never be able to get rid of the brown color you see. Good luck!

Use chlorox clean up in the spray bottle after every shower. The other products mentioned here work well, too. Also be sure to ventilate your bathroom well after showering with a fan so that moisture doesn't have a chance to linger.

Simple...just spray the shower with BLEACH. Regular Clorox works but the Industrial Strength works even better. You can find it at Home Depo.
