it is both sides of the story, is it so odd that i can like phil collins and the sex pistols at the same time? but it isn't bagpipes it's a synth. Yeah True Colours has a bagpipe effect as well. It is on Phil Collins Hits.

I'm pretty sure the song you're talking about is "True Colours". The bagpipes were played by Eric Rigler.

My fave Phil music is "interior Out." additionally, i admire " We mentioned hi, so long." this is nearly an advantage song off of the No Jacket Required album. i'm and function been for some years a starving Genesis, Peter Gabriel, and Phil Collins fan. i for my section choose his artwork with Genesis to his solo stuff because it comes off so embarrassingly "Pop-y" sometimes (no longer that a number of their later stuff does not, yet a minimum of it truly is balanced with some deeper stuff often.). yet he has some sturdy solo stuff too.

Are you positive it was Phil Collins? There's a song by Peter Gabriel, who sounds very similar, called "Come Talk to Me" that has bagpipie sounds in it. Remember any of the words?
