Humans..they kill more than what they need for food..the environment is a mess and wars abound.

in opposition to the answer by 'playingrough' i agree that humans are naturally the most destructive creatures. if you put that man naked in a field, he may not be capable of destroying anything but the plants and little animals, but eventually that man will come up with some way (just like all his ancestors have before him) to use the trees & plants for his own shelter, most likely destroying them, and using animals & plants for food, destroying them.
man has always been and will always be destructive, by nature.

Depends whether you classify the virus as a creature, in which case it's probably the HIV virus at his point. E-COLI, which is a bacterium, kills thousands every year, and the malaria mosquito does some pretty gnarly slaughtering of its own.
But I think the most accurate answer to your question is humans, for obvious reasons.
